1. Our Privacy Commitment
NTLPROS respects customer privacy. Customer information exists to operate, secure, administer, and provide NTLPROS services—not to become a product that NTLPROS sells. This Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, when it may be disclosed, and how we approach protecting it.
2. Information We May Collect
Depending on how you interact with NTLPROS, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, account identifiers, service address, city and ZIP code, vehicle year, make, model and color, membership status, subscription and cancellation information, appointments, service history, customer requests, communications, service notes, vehicle-condition documentation, transaction records, and technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, session information, authentication events, security events, cookies, local storage identifiers, and basic website usage information.
3. Payment Information
We may maintain purchase, invoice, payment-status, refund, credit, and transaction records. Payment-card information may be collected and processed directly by payment-processing providers. NTLPROS does not represent that it independently stores complete payment-card numbers unless it actually does so.
4. Why We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts, identify registered vehicles, provide mobile detailing, locate service addresses, schedule appointments, process and document payments, administer memberships and cancellations, communicate with customers, provide support, prevent fraud or abuse, protect system security, maintain service and business records, investigate complaints or damage claims, improve operations, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. We Do Not Sell Customer Personal Information for Profit
NTLPROS does not sell, rent, or trade customer personal information for monetary profit. We do not treat customer names, telephone numbers, email addresses, service addresses, or vehicle information as commodities to be sold to advertisers or data brokers, and we do not disclose such information to unrelated third parties for their independent direct-marketing purposes in exchange for payment.
6. Necessary Service Providers
Operating a modern business requires certain providers to process information on our behalf. NTLPROS may provide or permit access to information when reasonably necessary for payment processing, account authentication, website hosting, cloud infrastructure, communications, scheduling, security, fraud prevention, analytics, technical support, and other legitimate operations. Such processing is not treated by NTLPROS as selling customer information for profit. We seek to provide service providers only information reasonably necessary for their functions.
7. Legal and Safety Disclosures
NTLPROS may preserve, use, or disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, respond to lawful governmental requests, protect the rights, property, or safety of NTLPROS, customers, workers, or others, investigate fraud or unlawful activity, establish or defend legal claims, or respond to a safety emergency. NTLPROS does not promise to obstruct lawful legal process.
8. Business Transactions
If NTLPROS is involved in a legitimate merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or transfer of the business, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law. Such a business transfer is different from selling customer personal information as a standalone commodity for advertising or data-broker profit.
9. Service Addresses
Service addresses are collected because NTLPROS is a mobile service provider and needs to know where requested services are performed. NTLPROS does not sell customer service addresses for monetary profit. Address information is used for legitimate purposes such as service delivery, scheduling, support, safety, business records, fraud prevention, and lawful requirements.
10. Vehicle Information
Vehicle information is collected to identify vehicles covered by a membership and properly provide detailing services. NTLPROS does not sell customer vehicle-profile information for monetary profit.
11. Service Photographs and Video
NTLPROS may reasonably document vehicle condition before, during, or after service for quality assurance, service records, damage documentation, training, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. Operational documentation is not automatically treated as authorization to publicly advertise identifiable customer information. NTLPROS may request separate permission where appropriate before using identifiable customer or property imagery for promotional purposes.
12. Data Minimization
NTLPROS seeks to collect information reasonably related to actual business needs and does not intentionally collect sensitive information merely because it might someday be useful. Customers should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information through general forms or service notes.
13. Data Retention
NTLPROS may retain information as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain accounts, maintain transaction and tax records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain security, establish or defend legal claims, and comply with applicable obligations. Information no longer serving a reasonable business or legal purpose may be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with applicable practices and requirements.
14. Security
NTLPROS uses reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures designed to protect information under its control, which may include appropriate access controls, authentication, reputable infrastructure providers, restricted administrative access, and security monitoring. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure; NTLPROS does not promise absolute security.
15. Data Incidents
If NTLPROS discovers a security incident involving customer information, we will investigate and take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances. Where applicable law requires notification to affected individuals, regulators, or others, NTLPROS will provide notification in accordance with applicable requirements.
16. Account Information and Corrections
Customers may update certain account, contact, service-location, or vehicle information through available account functionality and may contact NTLPROS regarding inaccurate information or privacy questions. Some information may need to be retained for legitimate business, transaction, security, tax, dispute, or legal purposes.
17. Communications
NTLPROS may use contact information for appointment confirmations, service updates, billing notices, receipts, membership notices, cancellation confirmations, account-security notices, support responses, and material policy notices. Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.
18. Children's Privacy
NTLPROS services are intended for individuals legally capable of purchasing or authorizing the applicable services. NTLPROS does not knowingly design its detailing membership to collect personal information from children.
19. Cookies and Similar Technologies
NTLPROS and providers supporting website functionality may use cookies, local storage, session identifiers, or similar technologies for authentication, secure sessions, checkout, security, fraud prevention, remembering necessary preferences, website operation, and basic performance or analytics functions. Additional information appears in the Cookie Notice.
20. Third-Party Services
NTLPROS websites and services may rely on third-party platforms. Those providers may process information according to their respective roles, contractual obligations, and privacy practices. NTLPROS does not control every independent practice of every third-party website a customer chooses to visit.
21. Your Choices
Depending on available functionality and applicable law, customers may update account, vehicle, and service-location information, cancel membership, adjust certain communication preferences, and contact NTLPROS regarding privacy questions.
22. Changes to This Policy
NTLPROS may update this Privacy Policy as the business, technology, services, or applicable requirements evolve. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably appropriate or legally required.
